Furthermore, Lloyd´s Insurance Company S.A. is guarantor for Legaly Law Firms in favour of the Danish Bar and Law Society.

The liability of Legaly Law Firm is, however, limited to a maximum amount of DKK 5,000,000 per assignment equal to the amount covered by the liability insurance.

Legaly Law Firm is subject to and covered by the Danish Bar Association’s supervisory and disciplinary system and by the rules on good legal practice, cf. section 126 of the Danish Administration of Justice Act.
