Protecting business and revenue

With clear and impactful legal advisory within Intellectual Property and Commercial Contracts.

What do they say

We help clients protect their business and their revenue, not only the existing but also the future ones.

It is super ambitious to protect the future, but our clients expect that we are able to do just that. Smart people and ambitious companies are focused on the present but plan for the future, and we want to be part of that plan, so we can help protect existing and future business and revenue.

The fundamental question for the most successful companies is: "why do we do it?" We are eager to understand the business that drives the need for protection.

Who we are

We are a growing team with a passion for law and tech

We rethink how specialised legal advisory is delivered.

We are not set in old conservative ways like the traditional law firms. As innovators we believe in building a better future for companies that acknowledge legal risk, and want to reduce them by integrating legal advisory and legal assurance into their day-to-day decision-making.

Our proposition combines senior legal expertise with proprietary legal tech, delivering immediate access to clear, actionable legal advisory without unnecessary friction — and without the fear of exorbitant legal costs.

Behind everything we do is a team of people who truly care. We bring ourselves to the table: open-minded, collaborative, and ready to make something great.

Legal advisory for smart people and ambitious companies.

New market? Check these 5 things first

This video was made with AI-generated visuals and narration.

The first order from a new country is a huge day. Before the goods ship, there are five things worth checking.

1. Is the name available there?

A name can be free in Denmark and taken in Germany. Check both the company name and the product names in every market you plan to sell in.

2. Is it registered there?

Trademarks are territorial. A Danish registration only covers Denmark. An EU trademark covers the 27 EU member states, so it does not cover the UK, Norway, Switzerland or the US.

3. Who gets there first?

In many countries, the rights go to whoever files first, even if someone else used the name earlier. That is why it typically pays to file before you launch, not after.

4. What does your distribution agreement say?

Your local partner knows your product better than anyone. The agreement should state that the name and the rights stay with you, and that the partner may not register them in its own name.

5. Who keeps watch afterwards?

A registration nobody monitors only spots the copy when your customers do. Keep an eye on new filings and competing products in each market.

The order matters

Check, register, sell. Not the other way around. How international you should think depends on your plan, and the plan should follow the business.

Where are you selling next?
