We are now seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IP lawyer to join our growing team.
We are a small team where everyone helps each other and shares the same focus – making life easier for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
– Advising clients on all aspects of intellectual property – including trademarks, design, copyright, and trade secrets.
– Developing and executing IP strategies, budgets, and contracts.
– Handling oppositions, infringements, and disputes – both administratively and in litigation.
– Collaborating with foreign colleagues and authorities.
– Helping clients build, protect, and commercialize their IP portfolios.
We are looking for someone who:
– Is a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in intellectual property.
– Has strong knowledge of national and international IP law and practice.
– Communicates clearly and professionally – both orally and in writing (English and Danish are a must; other languages are a plus).
– Thinks strategically, works in a structured manner, and has an eye for detail.
– Thrives in an ambitious, dynamic, and collaborative environment, where we smile and enjoy ourselves.
